After creating and directing the New Generation Internet Foundation (Fing), in 2018 he co-founded the University of Plurality Network to connect those who mobilize imaginations to explore alternative futures.

Founded (somewhat inadvertently) JKLM, one of the first "electronic communication" agencies in the world.
1995
Tries to understand the Internet, then takes part in its development in France and internationally.
1999
Founded the Internet New Generation Foundation for 5 years. It will last 22 years.
2018
Co-founded the University of Plurality Network with Chloé Luchs and has been inventing it day after day ever since.
