Engagement Policy
The exercise of voting rights is an essential part of 2050.do‘s approach, which is characterised by a close relationship with our portfolio companies and a partnership with their management. 2050.do acts in all circumstances on behalf of its subscribers.
Conflict of Interests Prevention and Management Policy
2050.do has formalized a policy for the management and prevention of conflicts of interest and put in place specific provisions in terms of organization (means and procedures) and control in order to prevent, identify and manage situations of conflicts of interest which may harm the interests of its clients. As such, it is recalled that 2050.do attaches the greatest importance to the interests of its customers. The purpose of this policy is to indicate the main measures to achieve this objective of managing conflicts of interest. However, if possible, conflicts of interest appear, they will be managed in the interest of the client, in a fair manner and by providing them with complete and appropriate information.
Aligned Sustainability
For 2050, investors shape the future through their choices and actions: investing in one company rather than another gives it the power to shape tomorrow’s society; supporting an entrepreneur means carrying out his or her mission and spreading their values. 2050.ventures promotes a holistic approach to sustainability and pursues a triple objective of creating financial, environmental and social value by investing into companies that are sustainable by design. 2050 identifies, selects, supports and invests in aligned companies, that is, companies that align their own economic interests with the interests of society and the planet. These companies are best positioned to succeed in tomorrow’s economy. Alignment is a long-term experiment to support the development of companies at the heart of their ecosystem.
