2050 is the first investment company to be 100% owned by a perpetual purpose trust, guaranteeing a perfect alignment with our LPs.

Ecosystem-governed

Holding 100% of GP shares, the governance structure has no shareholders, but 15 Stewards representing our key stakeholders. Voting on the budget, management fees and structural decisions, they guarantee 2050’s development & sustainability. The financial value is thus created in the fund, not the management company. This way, the team can be fully incentivized by its performance.

Co-investment opportunities

The management team proposes co-investment opportunities on select deals. 2050.coinvest, a co-investment fund, has been set up as a French FPCI, to offer our LPs optimized, attractive and customized co-investments schemes.

An evergreen fund is a powerful incentive to attract the best founders by adapting our tempo to theirs.
