This document presents the new edition of the Galion Term Sheet, a letter of intent template for framing the first round of financing with professional venture capital investors (series A). The document is available for free and open source and has been developed with feedback from Galion entrepreneurs. The Galion Term Sheet is supported by several major investment funds. The document has been updated to reflect changes in market practices and conditions. The terms of the letter of intent can be negotiated with investment funds. It’s the cornerstone of the relationship between founders and investors and the foundation of the company.
