This study is focused on the cognitive biases that can impact the decision-making process of leaders. As we know, cognitive biases are mental shortcuts that can lead to irrational thinking, and subsequently, to poor decision-making. The article provides examples of different cognitive biases, such as the anchoring bias and the induction bias, and how they can affect the decision-making process of business leaders.
