Meet Charly Berthet, Investor

As a former lawyer, Charly enjoys deep diving into the law to bring about new models. After a career working for the Government to enlighten public authorities on new technologies, artificial intelligence, societal and economic transformations, he joined 2050 to design and implement strategies around common assets and aligned ecosystems.

For several years, Charly has been exploring the transformations of society and the economy. First at the French Digital Council, where he worked with Marie and was responsible for designing the evolution of law and technology; at the Ministry for Europe and Foreign affairs, where he co-led the development of France’s international digital strategy, and alongside Cédric Villani as part of his mission on artificial intelligence. In 2018, Charly became advisor to the Director General of ANSSI, the national cyber defense authority for strategic public and private operators. Since September 2019, he has been teaching these issues at Sciences Po Paris. As an adept of collective intelligence, he believes in the power of the common good and fertile ecosystems.
