Emmanuelle joined the Paris City Hall in 2001 as Head of Economic Development, Finance, Employment and Innovation.
After a stay at Medicen Paris Région as deputy director of the competitiveness unit for innovative technologies for health care and new therapies, she returned to the Paris City Hall, where since 2014 she has been managing SEMAEST, a mixed economy company that develops the Connected Store (CoSto) and «Commerce Tester» programs for small Parisian businesses. She is also President of Foncière Paris Commerce.
