U+ focuses on collaborative and interdisciplinary learning, promoting the exchange of ideas and knowledge among participants from different cultures and backgrounds. The organization’s goal is to create a stimulating learning environment that encourages participants to develop their creativity and ability to innovate.

Plurality university’s training programs are designed to address current challenges in society, such as climate change, poverty, and social exclusion, and to encourage participants to find creative and innovative solutions to these problems.

Empower young change-makers action.

Bigger than us started as a movie/documentary showcasing young transition leaders solving key problems in their communities (womens’ rights, education for refugees, food security, …). It has turned into an impact movement powered by key partnerships with schools, NGOs, companies & public institutions. Next step is to create the financial product to empower this generation of young transition leaders all over the world, at scale and establish them as role models.
