Waves of Change

Waves of Change is an initiative dedicated to raising awareness and driving action for marine conservation and sustainable development. Through a series of educational programs, community actions, and international collaborations, the organization aims to transform how individuals and communities interact with the oceans. By mobilizing resources and inspiring collective consciousness, Waves of Change seeks to create a lasting impact on the health of our marine ecosystems and promote environmentally friendly practices in our daily lives.

HubCity

Since 2007, metropolization has posed challenges to Africa, which will see its urban population double by 2050. HubCity and the WoeLab network critique city tech futures from Africa, fostering a Digital Collectivist model. Despite limited resources, their work in Togo since 2012 has gained global recognition. They integrate social and tech innovation for a “neo-vernacular smart city” and have developed local Digital Commons, including a 3D printer, a waste management app SCoPE, digital currency Syswoe, and more.

Climate Dividends

The mission of the Climate Dividend Association is to accelerate the funding of the ecological transition, firstly focused on steering equity investment in solutions contributing to carbon neutrality through the development and promotion of Climate Dividends.
A Climate Dividend is an extra-financial indicator corresponding to the positive climate impact of a company that can be claimed by its shareholders. It is the mirror of a financial dividend for climate!
1 Climate Dividend = 1 ton of CO₂e avoided or removed.

Lex Ferenda

Lex Ferenda

The purpose of the Lex Ferenda Endowment Fund is to provide legal aid, both in terms of intellectual and financial resources, for the defense of human rights and causes of general interest, and to facilitate access to justice and to the law for associations and foundations of general interest that have an interest in asserting their rights and interests in court and/or through amicable methods of conflict resolution.

Apiary

Apiary is a decentralized publishing platform based on the Ethereum blockchain that enables content creators to publish and monetize their work in the form of non-fungible tokens (NFTs). The platform also provides collaboration and governance features to encourage engagement between content creators and their audience, and offers a decentralized alternative for publishing and distributing digital content.

Stockholm Resilience Centre

SRC focuses on the study of the resilience of socio-ecological systems, which is the capacity of natural and human systems to adapt and regenerate in the face of environmental and social changes. The organization’s objective is to provide scientific knowledge to aid in policy decision-making and action towards sustainability.

SRC works with a wide range of partners, including universities, governments, non-governmental organizations, and businesses, to conduct research and development projects in the field of sustainability.

Plurality university network (U+)

U+ focuses on collaborative and interdisciplinary learning, promoting the exchange of ideas and knowledge among participants from different cultures and backgrounds. The organization’s goal is to create a stimulating learning environment that encourages participants to develop their creativity and ability to innovate.

Plurality university’s training programs are designed to address current challenges in society, such as climate change, poverty, and social exclusion, and to encourage participants to find creative and innovative solutions to these problems.

Bigger Than Us

Empower young change-makers action.

Bigger than us started as a movie/documentary showcasing young transition leaders solving key problems in their communities (womens’ rights, education for refugees, food security, …). It has turned into an impact movement powered by key partnerships with schools, NGOs, companies & public institutions. Next step is to create the financial product to empower this generation of young transition leaders all over the world, at scale and establish them as role models.

Solagro

Solagro opens up other ways for energy and agriculture, for an economical, united and long-term management of natural resources.

Solagro is a French non-profit organization created in 1981. Its mission is to promote sustainable and equitable development models for agriculture and food systems, working with a wide range of actors, including farmers, researchers, policymakers, businesses, and consumers.
